DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! STAY AWAY
Do not waste your time here. 5min queries are take days to resolve because you will be with a consultant who is forever apologising or just doesn't know what they are doing.

The most frustrating thing is that they don't seem to keep record of their conversations, and as a result, you have to constantly repeat yourself to someone regarding one query. If you though hold times on the phone are hideous, these guys take it up another level.
