Do not waste your money with webafricq

Worst experience with a service provider ever. I moved to a new residence, contacted webafrica to get fibre, went through the process, they checked the address and gave me contract options which I chose from. Router was then delivered a week later and when I called webafrica to get setup they told me that my area was not compatible with fibre and I would have to send the router back. But that wasn't even the end of it, I sent the router back and 2 weeks later I'm being debited for the fibre line that doesn't even exist. I tried contacted them on their WhatsApp line over 10 times and nobody gets back to me or resolves this issue, now I'm being charged additional fees because I reversed the debit order when No1 from webafrica got back to me. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM!
