DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA,billed for no service + fault closed without fix.

*** Sebotsa

I cannot recommend WebAfrica. 3 major issues since 24-05-2026:

1. NO SERVICE: No internet on 24th, 29th, 30th May. Paid R1030.97/month for nothing. SMS from *** confirmed fault, but gave no ETA.

2. WRONG BILLING: Service started 24-05, but they billed from 23-05. They cut service 29-05, but invoice says paid till 31-05. I’m owed R77.32 refund = R1030.97 ÷ 31 x 3 days.

3. WRONGFUL CLOSURE: Fault #405374 closed 30 May 11:35 per SMS, but line is STILL DOWN. They close tickets without fixing to avoid complaints. WhatsApp agent stalled 43min with “shortly” and no resolution.

ACTION TAKEN: I am escalating this to ICASA *** + ISPA. I have full proof: invoice, FNB payment R1030.97, WhatsApp chat, SMS fault notice + wrongful closure.

DEMAND: 1. Activate line NOW 2. Credit R77.32 3. Fix dates to 24-31 May. I will pay R954.65 once fixed.

Customers: Check your billing dates and fault closure SMS. They charge for days you have no service.
