Worst customer support. They accidentally cancelled my account then billed me R2000 from cancelation. When I noticed my line was disconnected I was transferred back and forth between over 8 agents. It's been 7 days now and they have still not assisted me. They now say they will recconect my line but I must wait another 3 days.

I have spent a lot of money on data to work and now they still want to charge me for reconnection and a full month even though I still don't have internet.

They only have a WhatsApp channel so you cannot call them and wait days for assistance on WhatsApp and have to repeat the same thing over and over to different agents because the chats keep ending.
