Once they have your sale and money for it they do not give you feedback on when they will install, they do not answer their phones and their whatsapp line is useless cause no one response and you wait hours for a response just for the chat to time out and you have to start again. They have more than 3 telephones numbers that do not get answered.There switch board has two options of which only the sales option works if you choose option 2 the phone just drops and ends while the sales option will ring for 10-20 mins, after someone finally answered in the sales option, once they heard it was not sales they put the phone down in my ear immediately. their help options on the website is exactly the same and the whatsapp help, which makes it useless.
