Do not use webafrica. ****mers that will not speak to you

Do not use webafrica....i repeat do not use them.

Its as simple as the fact that they do not even have a person you can speak to for support. Its all on whatsapp and live chats. And then they are simply useless to help you.

After canceling my service 3 times they are saying its still active and have now debited my account again for the 2nd time after i have stopped using them and given notice.

They have again taken 899 from my account and refuse to give me my money back. After adminting they made the mistake. Spoken to 5 agents and at this stage they refuse to respond.
