DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA EVER!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They are unhelpful, their so called support is non existent. they do not care about their clients, they never get back to their clients, they false advertise, They say you get a router free just pay for delivery, when it arrives it is 2nd hand and not new and still has a cell c sim card in it. When you cancel they send you an invoice for a claw back router which I never signed any agreement for this. Then you email them and no response. They try and debit your account. I think if someone from this useless company does not contact me I will take this further and report them to not only the consumer counsel but the ombudsman as well. Any one reading this post DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA, they are *******s, con artists, so service, no support, no one calls you back to resolve anything and trying to call them good luck as they never answer.
