DO NOT USE Webafrica!!!!!!!! Their customer service is pathetic. There is no communication channel other than whatsapp and their deflection/ignore strategy will drive you up the wall.

You can expect an average wait time of 30+ minutes for a human to respond and then asked a bunch of questions before being transferred and the chat ended.

When you follow up there is no escalation or resumption process so it all begins again.

There have been billing issues, speed throttling and several router issues.

My cancellation process has took 5 attempts on the whatsapp channel, an email to the billing team and a phone call to the ceo before I could get any confirmation.

However, they processed the date incorrectly and now they want to charge me R999 just to cancel!?!?!?

I have to begin from the start just to fix their mistake on the date…
