This company thrives on deception , please DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT make use of their service , you will be paying for same product , but with absolutely no regard for client service. You are promised endless call backs and resolve with no avail. You WILL be ****** of your dignity , your patience and your stress levels WILL exceed beyond breaking point. Their service agents are trained in art of "PASSING THE BUCK" , but eventually the only buck they pass is yours , from your pocket to their "FAT" CEO's.

I have been a client ( Regretfully ) for almost two years and I recently , purchased a fixed line data , SIM only ( A HERRENDOUS decision on my part ) from them , i waited and waited and waited , and eventually had to cancel and re-order, , while they take my hard earned, child supporting , life giving MONEY !!! this was done almost 4months ago , to date I still have been making payments .

My service is not as yet active , and been trying since 12th Aug on a daily basis to speak to a service manger of the "******* den"

Nothing whatsoever , SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE , I BEG YOU , DO NOT MAKE USE OF THEIR SERVICE , please try another , maybe RAIN , or TELKOM or VODACOM.
