DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA!!!!

DONT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE!!!!!! So we have signed up with them last year November and used Openservice which was ok. The we notifiied them that we are moving where they have an option on their online portal to state that you will still be using their service just at another house. So we moved and waited almost 3 weeks for the line to be sorted. We have spend over R2000 for data in that time period as they never let Frogfoot know that they must put the line on. Next moment I see they have taken R2880 off my account and said its because we cancelled and WE NEVER CANCELLED WE JUST MOVED AND STILL USED THEIR SERVICE. I have all the chats between me and them and nothing was sorted and no answers given. So I have opt to change my line speed at the current last month and it still shows pending as I asked for it to be changed on the 1st of August and still nothing. I AM FED UP AND WILL BE TAKING THIS MUCH FURTHER.
