ZERO RATING! Over 13 300 zero ratings and I completely concur. You cannot communicate with anyone except via whatsapp and the wahtsapp agents are absolutely useless. Service is shocking, internet service is always down and you cannot speak to someone. They only answer the phone if you choose 1 for Sales!!!! I am in the process of cancelling and they just ignore you on the whatsapp line. DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA! I am currently trying to cancel on the whatsapp line with Celine Laylah. Just no response. PLEASE. DO NOT USE WEBAFRICA.
