Please avoid this company at all costs. They are the absolute worst! Signed up with them to get fibre etc installed at home. Absolute worst service ever. You can barely speak to anyone at all - once signed up its just a chat bot that's available. I requested cancellation of my account ... been almost two weeks and still no confirmation. Trying to speak to anyone there is a miracle
