I am absolutely disgusted at the service of web Africa, this WhatsApp chat is totally ridiculous, I would NOT advise anyone to use this company, you get told by their agents to use the customer zone t o cancel your subscription and when that is done and receive confirmation of this, you still get charged, when you query this you told that was just the cancellation for the "router", when you ask to be Put through to management /Accounts anyone that can help with your issues , you get told they escalated to management , the call closes and you must then start the process all over again with a new agent....absolute Nonsense and no resolution and every month you get charged - Day light *******!!!!!!
