DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER - THEY DO NOT DELIVER

I made a terrible mistake - I did not check with Hello Peter for reviews on Webafrica. I ordered fiber in July 2021. The installation went well and the internet is running OK. But yesterday they ran their debit orders against my bank account. Everything they promised on their package was missing and the billing totally wrong. I tried my best to contact them, but no luck whatsoever. Trying to call their support service resulted in an announcement that the average waiting time is 2 hours. I tried to submit a billing dispute, but their is no option for such a dispute space available on their website. Contacting them Whats App resulted in receiving the same menu over and over. And when I checked with Hello Peter, I was shocked to see that WebAfrica has over 4 000 bad reviews and none of them seems to have been answered. I am going to cancel my service with them immediately.
