DO NOT USE THIS ********** AND NO SERVICE COMPANY

Please no not use this company. They are very unprofessional and they do not keep to their promises. We canceled our account with them due to the fact that Cell C was no longer offering their LTE services and only could offer us a Telkom LTE service that wont work for us. When we started using Web Africa we took the option to buy the router upfront. When we canceled we got a message saying that they are charging us again for the router. (claw-back) We then phoned and waited over an hour to speak to a consultant in your accounts department and explained the issue, they said that they have removed the claw-back fee and we will not be charged. Two months later they have *******ly charged us R2000 in which again we have spent hours on the phone with very little luck (no one answering and just stupidity). We will continue and hopefully get our money back that was ****** from us. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT OR SERVICE. THEY ARE ON THE SAME THE SERVICE YOU GET FROM TELKOM IN WHICH YOU SIT FOR HOURS ON YOUR PHONE DOING THE SAME SIMPLE TASK AND GET STUCK IN A VERY LARGE ENDLESS CIRCLE.
