If I could give zero stars I would. Not that they care about the reviews on here since there is 12000 1 stars that they are doing nothing about. The absolute worst customer service (alleged, so-called) to ever disgrace the world of sub-par ISP’s. The only way to contact the useless customer service team is through a whatsapp chat that is manned by nobody except willie the bot who has tested my patience to the point of no return. Nobody responds. I have been waiting since friday (thats four days) for a response and nothing. I still dont have internet. It should not be this hard to get wifi in the year 2025. They have a phone number that directs you to their “very efficient whatsapp chat” where they very efficiently ignore you for days on end while sending the same automated responses about “unusually long response time”. Its not unusual. Its just how long it takes. Mind you thats if you are blessed to enough to even get a response. At this point I just need thoughts and prayers to actually cancel this non-existent service to move to a hopefully slightly less appalling ISP. Do not use this company unless you enjoy crying out of sheer frustration.
