Do not use this company for internet services

I hate WebAfrica and all it’s services with a passion. I have been double billed again and have to use my airtime to actually set it right. I refuse. They threaten with suspension. Their system notes are not consistent and clearly not kept. It is the second umpteenth time they alleged I have to pay a clawback despite it being waived months ago. The consultants clearly do not have access to all arrangements made with a client and simply follow a script they think should apply. I will never ever recommend them as a Internet provider and refuse to believe anything any of their staff members tell me going forward.
