Do not use this company!

Terrible Terrible service. They took my money as soon as I placed the order which was the 7th of December and I have still not received my router and I am still without Fibre! They almost overcharged me and they billed us now at the end of December for wifi we haven't even used yet because we have not received the router. All the staff does is apologize and no one ever actually helps or takes you serious. I am so unhappy with my experience and I DO NOT RECOMMEND you place your orders through them.. Terrible company as they just want to ***** your money! Rather go through the ISP directly if you want proper service. I have requested to speak to a manager several times and to this day have stoll not gotten a call back!
