The worst company when it comes to service provision. Waiting time, on their whatsapp 3 full days, while the chatbot keeps asking you to choose if you still need assistance,. if an agent EVER responds to you, their responses comes every 15min , will they ever resolve your issue ? NEVER. THE ONLY THING THEIR WHATSAPP IS GOOD FOR IS HAVING PROOF OF THEIR INCOMPETENCY AND LIES. I AM SO SICK OF THIS COMPANY.
