DO NOT trust Webafrica!

WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER! I first heard about it from a friend that doesn't recommend it and secondly from a stranger too. My experience was worse. I moved from a service provider to them thinking it's the best only to find out that after ordering to get Zyxel router under them for 25mbpd/25 speed and download- I was given a much bigger package that I couldn't afford and I immediately told them. Right afterwards, they said I can return their router in back before I'm charged the cancellation fee of R999- I did that. A few weeks later, I was called and said I should paid up for using the WIFI (which I didn't) and the cancellation. I refused and now yesterday, a debtors cancellation company is threatening to put my name through the mad for not paying up in time. This has been the worst feeling in the world.
