DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

The customer service and technical assistance of WebAfrica absolutely pathetic!!!! You wait forever in a queue to speak to a consultant and eventually when someone does answer they are too *********** to assist. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE IN USING THIS COMPANY AS AN ISP. My internet has been down since Friday throughout the entire weekend (this company cant take any responsibility for their **** service and constantly blame Vumareach - when they (WebAfrica) is the company that's accepting money every month) but they WebAfrica expect you to honor your monthly payments or your connection is immediately cut. ***!!!! how is this company still in business.
