absolutely disgusting . they should be reported . they have no business ethics , there are group upon groups of social media chats from disgruntled customers trying to cancel their ISP yet not being able to do so . I have now waited over 2 hours on their whatsapp page to get assistance , to no avail ( P.s thats the ONLY way you can contact them now , no offices , no phone number , nothing , just this whatsapp group that nobody seems to be managing . something needs to be done , close this business down and warn others
