Do not take up fibre services with Webafrica

Webafrica is the worst fibre service provider, i reported a connection problem with my fibre connection more than 20 days ago and no one to date contacted me. Paying for a service that is not operational. They do not have any contact number for technical support, contact number only available for new sales and their wattsup after service is of no help, they promise you to get the manager to esculate my issue and you are waiting indefinitely.
