Do not switch to this ISP

I recently switched from Afrihost to Webafrica and although they were very quick to sign me on I am now stuck without my Fibre working which I can’t seem to get any assistance in resolving. I cannot get a hold of the agent and there is no assistance on a customer care line. This is honestly ridiculous, had I known I would have stayed with Afrihost
