You won't be able to cancel it. It is quick and easy to subscribe, but I have now been trying to cancel my fibre line for over 2 months!!

The online portal refers you to the Whatsapp chat service, as do the call centre, but when you eventually get to a person person on the Whatsapp chat, and tell them that you want to cancel, they transfer you to the "Cancellation Team", and then you wait... No response for hours, untill the chat times out and ends!

I just need to cancel my fibre internet package!!!
