Do Not Skip they LIE

I joined there pre order line in June 2021 for R799. But my area took so long to get active that it took 9-10 months. In that long waiting period line speed went up for free even though my area wasn't live. So eventually in March 2022 line was connected but in that 9-10 months waiting period prices also went down. So my neighbours surrounding friends and family joined different ISP'S only when line was live they pay all in the R600 bracket for the same speed as mine. So I asked WebAfrica my line only live after 9-10 months line speed prices went down why must I pay R799 for the same speed as my neighbours, friends and family who pay cheaper. They throw cause I signed up June 2021. They said only thing they can do is do a price comparision,they send me a RSAWEB comparison which will be submitted to management for approval. It's 20th September 2022 today I'm waiting 3 months now for their approval.They don't even bother to let me know was it approved or rejected.
