DO NOT SIGN UP WITH WEBAFRICA!

I recently cancelled my subscription due to their pathetic customer support only available via whatsapp. I tried reporting a fault as my line went down. I sent them whatsapp messages throughout the day, first message sent at 3pm and they only responded the following day at 8.45 am - this was just to log a fault! And typically they ask you to restart the router & ONT which never solves the problem. As you can tell this isn't my first interaction with this useless company.
