DO NOT SIGN UP WITH WEBAFRICA!!!!!

WebAfrica has the worst after service.

I am highly disappointed in them and I would NOT recommend anyone sign up with them. I joined WebAfrica in October last year. I called them to inform them that I will be moving houses and ask the process to move my line. The consultant happily said it's no problem at all they will move the line. All I need to do is take my rooter to the new place and plug it in.

NO ONE told me about an apparent CLAWBACK fee of R2880 for installation at my previous property, which mind you was FIBER READY. They didn't have to install anything!!!!!!

Numerous calls to the call center to no avail, consultants putting the phone down. Absolutely rude on WhatsApp. Eventually, they cut my line till I paid them the amount.

I am disgusted by the level of service and the absolutely useless consultants that work there!
