DO NOT sign up with them
Believe all the negative reviews. I have been waiting for an agent on whatsapp for over 12 hours. The agents work from home and couldnt be less bothered about actually working, they are watching netflix and being paid for free.
DO NOT sign up with webafrica. The whole customer support needs an overhaul, they dont deserve to work remotely.
I want a copy of the call recording with you people.

15 Dec 2022, 11:13Update: An agent answered the live chat, 2 hours later we have only gotten past the point of verifying my identity. This is the equivalent of holding a phone for 2 hours and the conversations has only been "Hello, how are you" -> "Fine thank you". This is the progress, IN 2 HOURS.
I'm just going to keep a log of how bad the service is here, at this point is just entertaining of how ridiculously low it goes.
I'm pretty sure the agent working from home has my chat tab minimized and watching a nice movie while waiting for Uber Eats.
Do the agents not have a KPI they must achieve?
Update: Geraldo D the agent decide to just midway pass me over to another agent. Then I have to explain the issue again.
New agent was Kamogelo M so I copied and pasted my issue and added that if she doesnt want to help she should just pass me instead of stalling by asking questions...... she literary just left the chat hahaha.
Im 100% sure there is no supervisor in the so called "customer support" department.
Im inspired to start a twitter account called Dante's Inferno: The 7 levels of Hell just to document the hilarious ineptitude of webafrica customer support.
I'm just going to keep a log of how bad the service is here, at this point is just entertaining of how ridiculously low it goes.
