*******! If you are reading this know that these people will ***** your money. I canceled my service on 02 May 2023 and had to wait 30 additional days which I did, only to find it's not been canceled. Upon presenting their chat history of the cancelation on their whatsapp chat service I was to to email proof and that I would need to go through the cancelation again. No assistance, no details to escalate this matter, simply pay again. I have the evidence that this company is blatantly *****ing and offering no ways of dispute or assistance.
