Do not make use of WebAfrica for data supplier

I’ve ordered an LTE Telkom sim card from WebAfrica. Although an activation fee has been paid, I havent heard anything back from them. It’s been multiple days where I’ve constantly tried to get in contact with them, online, whatsapp, call and tried every possible alternative. I’m incredibly upset with this awful service. I have very low confidence that WebAfrica will be able to assist in the future if any problems might occur.
