DO NOT JOIN WEBAFRICA! SIMPLE!

I can't even begin to explain my frustration with Webafrica. I honestly can't understand how the company is still standing at this point. I have had no internet connection for 2 weeks and getting in contact with an agent is merely impossible. No call centre, only this waste of time Whatsapp line, that even after selecting the necessary options to get help, if you lucky enough to get an agent, they just transfer you to another agent. I have been trying to cancel my service for 4 days now. I have no words...
