Do not go with Webafrica!

My fibre line was connected on the 27/03/23. Since then, I have paid my first installment and for my modem but I am not connected. The worst part of the issue is that I am unable to get any feedback, help or support for the issue. The watsapp line, is not helpfull and people disappear whilst chatting to me. The site has not contact number other than a sales number and watsapp line. 3 weeks now with no feedback.

In addition to the above, at 18:23, 12/4/23, i now have a record of me pleading with an employee over watsapp (the only way to contact these people) and still no reply
