Your after sales services is the most ineffective services I have ever experienced I get emails from you guys to make a payment that I have already done, I do so and the payment does not register on the system I think this is shocking

I have been waiting for a manger to call me back after logging 17 tickets and not one call back.

I am extremely disappointed
