DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER WEB AFRICA AS A SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!

I honestly did not want to give them a star at all!! This must be the worst service i have had in my entire life. It is clear that they are not interested in their customers at all!!! It's all about the money. They do exactly as they please. I signed up for a R399 contract, two months later the amount increased via debit order..to R499, a few months later..it went up to R599. I stuggled to get hold of them for days, eventually i found info on the internet that showed i could contact them via whatsapp, to ask if i could have the system moved to my new address. What a mission and waste of time! They can move it yes..but my new installment would be more than R700. So i contacted a new service provider, i had to still pay web africa R599 per month before i could even cancel the contract, and then pay another R599, as the cancellation can only be done after your contract has ended. You need to send back your router etc to them,pay for the courier yourself. I have never been so dissapointed,angry in my life. These people are sneaky,and they get away with it. If you have a look at the rest of the reviews, they do not even bother to reply to any of their reviews placed, also..not even 1 good review, what a *******.
