Do not deal with WebAfrica

I have requested on more than one occasion that they fix my ****ing line speed, I am billed for 1000 Down and 1000 Up, yet my speeds are 600 Down and 800 Up

When you chat to the consultants they are too *********** to understand that we as consumers are protected by the POPI ACT and therefore are not subject to provide ID nrs for anything

I would never recommend these idiots to anyone
