DO NOT CHOSE THEM THEIR THE MOST HORRIBLE

I have been struggling a week to try and get my issues sorted with them the service is horrible i want to cancel my fibre.The whatzup dont work and take hours or days to sort out an issue..They charged me for a router they arranged colletion for i give them their ref they gave me and yet they take unauthorized debit .. that is against the law.If they dont sort this out i a going to the aumbitsman
