Fast to take your money for NO SERVICE RENDERED!! Your support service is TERRIBLE to say the least! Please note if you as a customer are experiencing connectivity problems, you will HAVE TO WhatsApp as there is no contact number you can call. You will then have to wait hours on end for an agent to connect with you "as soon as possible" and you will just HAVE TO be patient although YOUR business will pull on the short end here. As long as they collect their monthly fees, they don't care about the service rendered. CLEARLY your WhatsApp support is not working!!! Connect a line so that clients can CALL if they need assistance!! Good Gosh!! Frustrating to say THE LEAST!
