DO NOT CHOOSE THE WEBAFRICA NIGHTMARE

Buyer beware! The absolute worst service I have received on any rating indices. They do offer any voice assistance and don't have a voice contact number. Their WhatsApp response takes anything from 12 hours to 3 days checking your phone. I was without service for 2 weeks at one time.

The most bitter pill! I was advised that I would not be charged any connection or disconnection fee provided I completed 12 months/1 year of the agreement and returned the router through their Nology service provider. I did so. 2 months after I started receiving notices for R999.00 deactivation fee. The small print is ambiguous but the voice prompts on WhatsApp were resolute.
