Do not care about their customers

I have been struggling with my internet connection for the past 4 days and they have not resolved the issue as yet. I have been following up on this every day as I use the line for work purposes and they have no response for me. The consultants on the WhatsApp chat have no idea what is happening and when I request to speak to a supervisor or manager, the request is ignored!
