Do not buy anything from WebAfrica. Worst service ever

We were approved for service on 2 Aug 2021. Paid in full. Today is 25 August and we have not received any feedback on an installation date. I have made contact telephonically, used the whatsapp nr, contacted via Facebook, Instagram and everyday we are told a request have been logged. We had Vodacom Fibre via Vodacom ISP and wanted to change to WebAfrica because of poor service from Vodacom ISP. We have received even worse service from WebAfrica. No one gets back to us.
