Do not apply for fibre through this company, they are useless.

Absolutely terrible service on my new fibre installation order. Line installed 9 July 2021, router delivered 19 July, at this point all seemed fine. Then I had trouble getting them to come install the ONT and activate the line. I was contacting them on the whatsapp line every second day and they kept telling me someone from the FNO would contact me and escalating my case but after almost a month of this I eventually gave up and cancelled my order with them. Pathetic. I've since app**** with another ISP.
