DO NOT ALLOW WEBAFRICA TO ABUSE YOU. THEY ARE PARHETIC AND HANG ON TO SUBSCRIBERS BY NOT ALLOWING THEM TO CANCEL

Webafrica does not reply because they hide behind a Whatsapp line calling it live chat. After telling them on here, via email, on their complaints, on X they refuse to cancel services. I have complained to the ombudsman and I will not continue paying as I have no contract and they already breached all lies they fed by taking more money without my consent. Delivering below par services, not rendering services requested, not providing stable speed at the rate I was supposes to get... They close unresolved tickets, they literally hold a person hostage to have to retain their terrible services. They are not allowed to do that.
