Do No USe WebAfrica, Poor Process and no real Alignment within the Company

Poor Run of service since from inception of the product, no real allignment to the compnay structure and its need for customer satisfaction poor service and to top it off my account was debted with out my permission for a router with no prior arrangement in place to return when I was specifically was told to hold on to the router until such a time it being comunicate it to me which has not taken place to date...
