dissconnected me while my account is fully paid up

Hi you guys dissconnected me while my account is fully paid up - my first payment date was the 20th - can a person please call me *** to fix this mess up - this is unfair client treatment i suggest you look up on the consumer protection act - be assured i will be logging a complaint with all regulatory bodies - IDIOTS
