Dissatisfied with the service

Dissatisfaction is an understatement. I’m actually frustrated and ****ed off with their service. I paid my account yet they still went on to cut my network. I have been following up on their WhatsApp channel everyday I get an update to say let’s wait for 24 hours to provide feedback. After that 24 hours is let’s wait for another 24 hours to provide feedback. Same circle over and over. I mean long doesn’t really take to get hold of accounts department, allocate the funds and open my network?
