Dissatisfied customer Vuma reach, Webafrica

I’m very dissatisfied with the service I’m getting from Vuma and Web Africa. I’ve logged a connectivity fault Ref: #204684 for my internet connection after last week’s storm and I’ve since been waiting for their assistance, they are hard to reach and when you finally get hold of them they simply tell you your fault is still open and no technician has been assigned to you yet. I don’t see any effort from their customer service representatives, this is sad since I’m using thier services for work purposes. At this point I’m considering cancelling as these services have been no use to me for a week and I’m still paying.
