Dissatisfied customer

I have never seen such an *********** company. I have to fight for my service to be installed after I had paid. Now I have a problem since the 13 May I have been escalating with them, no technician have been to my house and I do not have any service but I am being billed every month even after requesting for them to suspend the service due to it not working.

The fact that we have to communicate on WhatsApp only with agents that don't even care is appalling. all they do is open a case then after 24hrs it gets closed without any communication.

Till today I don't have connection but every month end month is being taken from my bank account.
