Dissatisfied and dissapointed Customer

I have been trying since yesterday for a reply from a Consultant. My payment card details was amended on The Customer Zone but my service was disconnected. When I tried to make payment online I get an error message stating no payment details.All I want is to get connected but since yesterday I did not even managed to speak to a Consultant. This is unacceptable and really Horrible service. I always spoke highly of Webafrica to family and friends but after this experience I don't think so.
