Dissatisfaction and Frustration on full display

I was prematurely activated and billed from the get go, this was logged and their agents said a credit note was being applied to my account and 3 months later tell me why im still dealing with the same issue with different WhatsApp agents who i continually have to explain to because apparently they do not see the history of the chats and I am unable to call as they are only allowed to assist in via text. This disrupts my services month in and month out and every agent manages to get me back online only for me to receive another message of non payment of money I do not owe. Really frustrating and dissatisfied. Really thinking twice about continuing on as a client
